Careers

We are a remote-first company. Whether you work from Cincinnati, Chicago, or Portland, you’re 100% part of the team. We will provide you with a computer (PC or MAC), equipment, and access to software subscriptions. If you want access to a co-working space – no problem; if you want to work at home – also no problem.

We believe that healthy workplace culture only exists when we understand the whole person. When deciding what benefits should look like at Talmetrix, we started by thinking about what employees need not only to work well, but to live well. Benefits impact how we act, rest, grieve, set boundaries, and take care of ourselves and others — and that means quality benefits are a fundamental part of who we are.

We welcome underrepresented folx in tech and outside of tech. Maybe you’ve been overlooked, faced a glass ceiling, a paperwork barrier, couldn’t code switch exactly right, had to up-manage others while doing all the work, don’t want to have to deal with feeling tired or like an outsider anymore. intentionally. Our Leadership Team is 50% persons of color (BIPOC) and 50% women; our company includes more than 60% BIPOC.

We are looking for you. If you don’t think you meet the qualifications for the jobs posted, but think you’re a fit or want to get involved, send us a note at info@talmetrix.com or reach out to any team member on LinkedIn to say, “hi.” We keep resumes on file and we’re growing fast!

  • Health Savings Account
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage
  • Life insurance, spouse and dependent coverage
