Chris is an HR veteran with over 20 years of enabling high performing companies such as Deloitte, Marriott International, Voya and Scripps Networks Interactive. He brings this experience to Talmetrix to develop technology-enabled solutions that help improve engagement, performance, retention and business outcomes. Chris’ understands the dynamic relationship of how the employee experience impacts organizational performance and outcomes.
Chief Technology Officer
Scott is a technology leader who brings over 18-years of entrepreneurial software development and IT management experience to Talmetrix. He extensive experience with commercial, financial, consumer packaged goods and marketing software applications for a number of Fortune 500 companies, as well as several start-up companies in Cincinnati such as Thunderfuel, CrowdwiseTV, Cladwell and DotLoop. Scott has filled a variety of roles as a developer, analyst, architect, and executive manager at Bridge Worldwide and 5/3rd bank. Former clients include companies such as P&G, ConAgra Foods, Abbott Nutrition, US Bank, & Kroger.
Crystal B. Washington Booth
Chief Business Development Officer
Crystal is a senior level executive with 20+ years in business development, relationship management, human resources, diversity & inclusion, finance, corporate philanthropy and government affairs. In this role, she is charged with executing outreach strategies for business development. Prior to joining Talmetrix, she worked at Scripps Networks Interactive (now Discovery) as Senior Vice President of External Relations and Vendor Management.

Jason is a senior executive with 20+ years of experience across a wide range of industries and functions. His experience in scaling high-growth organizations ranges from services & consulting to SaaS technology. With a background in marketing, operations, product development, and strategy Jason brings a diverse set of experiences to the team. His agency-side experience includes consulting in the Pharma/Biotech, Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, Durable Goods, QSR, Retail, and Healthcare industries.
