Talmetrix is Seeking a Director of Product Marketing

We are looking for a strategic, curious, and problem-solving team member to design and execute our Product Marketing strategy.

The Director of Product Marketing will be responsible for creating and communicating compelling narratives, defining our market segmentation and driving our go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with tactical execution and be hands on creating content, messages and programs targeted at key personas. This role will include conducting sales training, competitive positioning, and providing cross-functional leadership across marketing, sales, alliances and product development reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

About the Role:

  • Responsible for defining the product marketing strategy for both current and future Talmetrix products in partnership with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

  • In collaboration with COO, define and develop go-to-market messaging and positioning

  • In collaboration with COO, develop and execute high-impact marketing plans and campaigns to support product launches and ongoing awareness

  • Capture, analyze and understand market trends and competitive landscape in HR Tech and adjacent industries

  • Extract key capabilities, differentiators, benefits and use cases for target customer segments

  • Create and curate content, assets, and tools including sales presentations, ROI tools, whitepapers, blogs, competitive briefs and other materials

  • Participate in key industry events and conferences

  • Identify and curate key content and integration partnerships

About You:

  • 3-5 years of product marketing, digital marketing, content management experience in HR, IT, or related field.  B2B preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Excellent communication skills with strong ability to both hear and influence people at all levels and in various functions both internally and externally.

  • Experience developing and validating positioning, category creation, messaging, and competitive segmentation.

  • Working knowledge of HubSpot preferred.

  • Working knowledge of WordPress preferred.

  • High energy individual with strong writing skills and the potential to influence change.

  • Detail oriented and analytical in nature with a self-starter work ethic.


Compensation: Base Salary, Incentive
